BrightLocal’s January 2023 consumer survey shows that 49% of consumers trust reviews as much as personal recommendations from friends and family members. When Uncle Marc says, “you have to eat at the new Mexican restaurant on Western!” you think about checking it out; then those 4.8 stars sing praises of a fun, fresh atmosphere and the best margaritas in town, hands down, and as your mouth starts watering, you make a reservation for yourself and six friends.
