The Job
Anglin is seeking a full time, in-person Digital Content Designer who can effectively use their design and video skills to visually communicate a variety of brands, stories and styles. This person will collaborate closely across the agency and with clients.
The ideal candidate brings 1-3 years of content design, communicating ideas in ways that inspire, inform and captivate. In this role, you will:
Concept, design and edit content for social and digital platforms
Capture video and photos, mostly in central Oklahoma and occasionally state wide
Create designed assets, print and digital advertisements and social media content
Provide research to identify and apply trending topics and influencers, monitor social performance, share key analytics and provide optimization.
Must be available at least 40 hours a week and live in the Oklahoma City metro area or be willing to relocate. We are in-office 2 days a week, but may require more in-office days for client meetings and other in-person obligations.
Required Skills & Experience
Between 1-3 years of professional, full-time experience creating digital content
Videography skills, especially creating short content for platforms including TikTok, YouTube and Meta
Proficiency with Adobe Suite, CapCut and Canva
Knowledge of design and visual principles
Skill in SEO research and identifying trending topics and applying them appropriately using current design trends and design fundamentals to create deliverables for various industries
Ability to work as part of a team, take feedback and direction, and pivot when needed
Ability to maintain high design standards on multiple projects with tight deadlines
