NBC Bank is a community bank with seven locations across five Oklahoma cities. Anglin PR was hired to conduct market research that helped inform the bank on how to increase the bank’s name recognition and grow their base of satisfied customers.
The agency's methodology included one-on-one interviews, focus groups and electronic and telephone surveys in each market. Anglin gathered information about employees’ skills, aptitude and current job responsibilities, as well as training and awareness of products and mentoring opportunities for those who showed the highest potential to generate more business.
After compiling research results and recommendations, Anglin PR was retained to help implement the public relations and marketing plan.
