The Job
Anglin is seeking a Graphic Designer who can effectively use their design expertise to communicate a variety of brands and styles visually. This person should successfully collaborate with coworkers within the agency as well as client representatives. They must be able to apply strategic thinking to the field of design, communicating ideas in ways that inspire, inform and captivate. The designer in this role will design branded assets, print and digital advertisements, social media posts, logos and other visual and graphic materials.
Required Skills & Experience
At least 3 years working as a graphic designer
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and user-friendly platforms like Canva
Deep knowledge of design and visual principles with an eye for detail
A diverse portfolio showing designs for a variety of audiences, channels and platforms
Ability to work as part of a team, take feedback and direction, and pivot when needed
Ability to meet expectations on multiple projects with tight deadlines and adapt to feedback while maintaining high design standards
Ability to incorporate current design trends and a modern, artistic approach into deliverables
The Responsibilities:
Translating client needs into design and visuals
Collaborating with team members to create a variety of media and make strategic design choices
Articulating ideas clearly and presenting design concepts to coworkers and clients

Videography and photography skills (creating content for TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, etc)
Experience in an agency setting, working for a variety of clients
Website design skills in Wordpress, Wix or Squarespace

Salary Range
$45,000 - $55,000
